M&M Academy (in collaboration with Heanor School of Music) hosts a student showcase bi-annually for all our music students, in order to give them the opportunity to practice performing on stage in front of an audience.
The Showcase helps students to prepare and gain experience, in readiness for their exams (if following Rockschool Grades), as well as providing an opportunity for all students to get together, meet each other and have fun.
These events are free, but please bear in mind that they are ‘closed events’. This means only our students and their family and friends may attend.
As of 2025, we’ve now decided to host our Showcases in June (a summer showcase) and in December (a Christmas showcase). This should hopefully line up better with student holidays.
