At M&M Academy we provide Taekwondo lessons at Little Eaton Village Hall. These sessions are lead by our Taekwondo Instructor Mr Stevenson and take place on Tuesdays and Saturdays. These classes are available for ages 8+ (adults included) and are for all abililty levels.
We also run a TAGB Tigers training session on Saturdays, aimed specifically at 4-7 year olds. For our Tigers training please check our Tigers club page.
First two lessons are free!
We ask all of our clients to pay us via a monthly Standing Order. We have a simple form that you can fill in and take in to your bank to set this up, or we are happy to provide our bank details upon request, if you prefer to use online banking.
We offer discounts to any students who take more than one subject at M&M Academy. We also offer discounts to households where more than one family member have lessons with us.
Training costs are £30 per calendar month. A £10 discount is available to any family member also training and a further £10 discount is available to students also taking music lessons with M&M Academy.
A license is required to train with the TAGB, this costs £40 and is renewed annually.
A grading costs £35 and are every 3 to 6 months. You will only attend a grading when you are ready to progress.
A typical session is an hour long, students are welcome to stay for more than one session on a Saturday as long as they meet the session specifications shown in the class times below.

Equipment Costs
Our training suit (dobok) costs £40, we recommend you buy one after 2-4 weeks.
Sparring equipment can be purchased as you progress, this costs £120 (for a complete kit).
Other equipment includes; round pad (£20), small bag (£10), large bag (£25), theory cards (£15). These are not a necessity at the lower grades.

Little Eaton Village Hall
Classes are held at Little Eaton Village Hall, which is located just off the A38 roundabout on the outskirts of Derby. Free parking is available at the centre and public transport links are available also. We train in the lower hall which you can find by heading down the steps to the front of the venue, and through the door next to the notice board.
